    In the fully evolved, maybe too evolved, South Beach, the 11 11 Lincoln Road building — designed by the Swiss architectural firm Herzog & de Meuron — was a big part of the Art Basel Miami Beach hoopla, especially during the premiere of a public sculpture created by the artist Dan Graham.
